RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to each item being handmade to order and often personalized, returns are not accepted. I will, however, replace any items that are broken or damaged during shipment. For a replacement, message me within 7 days of when you received the item and include a picture of the damaged item and the packaging it came in.
